Not included: content edits, design changes, and domain registration or management.
In short. Basic is for a finished website that just needs fast, managed hosting. If something breaks with the hosted site, we fix it. If you want wording changed, images swapped or new pages added, that is separate.

For clients who want to edit approved parts of their own website. Includes everything in Basic, plus the below.
- Sanity CMS setup
- Client login
- Editable approved content fields
- Text editing
- Image swaps
- FAQ updates
- Team and profile updates where enabled
- Article publishing where enabled
- CMS connection to the Astro and Vercel site
Not included: us making your edits (that is the Website Updates Plan), new pages and design changes.
In short. CMS Managed Hosting gives you control. You can log in and update approved content yourself without touching code and without using WordPress. If you would rather we make the changes for you, choose the Website Updates Plan.

For clients who want hosting, CMS and small updates handled by Igloo. Includes everything in CMS Managed Hosting, plus the below.
- Small wording changes
- Image swaps
- Simple content updates
- Minor FAQ updates
- Minor team and profile updates
- Basic content assistance within fair-use limits
Not included: new pages, redesigns, integrations, automation and reporting.
In short. The Website Updates Plan is for clients who do not want to log in and make small changes themselves. Send us small wording changes or image swaps and we handle them within fair-use limits. Bigger work is quoted separately.
The two questions everyone asks.
Do you connect my domain?
Yes. If you already own it, we point it at your site. You can give us temporary access, or we send you the records to add yourself. New registrations, migrations and email are separate jobs we quote.
What if the site breaks?
If the hosting or the build breaks it, fixing it is on us, on every plan.
